I worked with Kari Bernardi and Living Light Culinary Institute for years, and found her to be not only a talented chef, but an exceptional teacher with the patience, skill, humor and compassion necessary to help our students feel the confidence and support they needed to blossom. She was a real asset to our company, and I know that she will bring her culinary talent and teaching skills to many people in the world.
