“I want to thank you so much for making my husband’s birthday extra special. It was hard to plan a party with Covid everywhere. Your Zoom cooking lesson was a perfect solution. With just 5 of us we could social distance and everyone got to participate. The cod rolls stuffed with garlic spinach was outstanding—so elegant, but you made it fun and easy. The ginger salad dressing was such a nice compliment. We all loved your hors d’oeuvres, the cashew hummus and those delicious roasted peppers. I learned so much too! Who knew you could make yummy, no-guilt mashed potatoes in minutes with the skins on? And that avocado chocolate pudding. I loved it fresh AND frozen. You have given us recipes we’ll enjoy over and over. It was delicious, easy and FUN! We want to do it again! Many thanks again.”
